Responsibilities

  • Ensure third party relationships adhere to the company’s policies and are compliant with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices;
  • Assess, monitor and track Third Party Risk Management lifecycle activities:
    • Risk assessment
    • Due diligence
    • Ongoing monitoring
    • Termination;
  • Provide leadership to a team of Third Party Risk Management professionals
  • Provide Third Party Risk Management support and expertise to business owners;
  • Assist with updating and enhancing Third Party Risk Management process and procedures;
  • Liaise with other company subject matter experts to provide guidance on Third Party Risk Management;
  • Champion new Third Party Risk Management initiatives and work to remove organizational barriers.
Qualifications

  • Self-starter who needs minimal supervision;
  • Strong project management and analytical skills;
  • Flexible, willing to work with different time zones;
  • 7+ years of experience in Risk Compliance, Third party risk management;
  • Prior experience in third party risk management, vendor management, and relationship management;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, capable of interacting at all levels of the organization;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Degree in Accounting or related area;
  • Knowledge of or experience in reviewing business contracts;
  • Knowledge of or experience in IT Security.
