Responsibilities
- Ensure third party relationships adhere to the company’s policies and are compliant with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices;
- Assess, monitor and track Third Party Risk Management lifecycle activities:
- Risk assessment
- Due diligence
- Ongoing monitoring
- Termination;
- Provide leadership to a team of Third Party Risk Management professionals
- Provide Third Party Risk Management support and expertise to business owners;
- Assist with updating and enhancing Third Party Risk Management process and procedures;
- Liaise with other company subject matter experts to provide guidance on Third Party Risk Management;
- Champion new Third Party Risk Management initiatives and work to remove organizational barriers.
- Self-starter who needs minimal supervision;
- Strong project management and analytical skills;
- Flexible, willing to work with different time zones;
- 7+ years of experience in Risk Compliance, Third party risk management;
- Prior experience in third party risk management, vendor management, and relationship management;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, capable of interacting at all levels of the organization;
- Fluent in English;
- Degree in Accounting or related area;
- Knowledge of or experience in reviewing business contracts;
- Knowledge of or experience in IT Security.
