Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance ethics and compliance programs, including anti-corruption, privacy, and investigations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience in ethics, compliance, governance, and/or risk management, preferably within a multinational or US-based company.
  • Strong background in contracts, labor laws, and/or investigations management.
  • Ability to navigate complex issues using a global mindset and cultural dexterity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leadership, partners, staff, and subject matter experts.
  • Experience in developing management reports, including ad hoc reports for business needs and leadership review.

Good to have Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in ethics, compliance, governance, risk management, or audit.
  • Industry experience in banking, auditing, or shared services.
  • Philippine Bar Exam Passer preferred.
