Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance ethics and compliance programs, including anti-corruption, privacy, and investigations.
- Advise leadership on ethical and compliance risks.
- Develop, implement, and improve policies, controls, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Conduct ethics training, communications, and awareness programs.
- Address inquiries, policy violations, and lead internal investigations.

Required Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in ethics, compliance, governance, and/or risk management, preferably within a multinational or US-based company.
- Strong background in contracts, labor laws, and/or investigations management.
- Ability to navigate complex issues using a global mindset and cultural dexterity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leadership, partners, staff, and subject matter experts.
- Experience in developing management reports, including ad hoc reports for business needs and leadership review.
Good to have Qualifications:
- Prior experience in ethics, compliance, governance, risk management, or audit.
- Industry experience in banking, auditing, or shared services.
- Philippine Bar Exam Passer preferred.
