Employee Relations Specialist
Peak’s HCBP Specialist (Employee Relations Specialist) is responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its employees. He/she works closely with the employees to implement the company policies and procedures and guide the leaders to ensure compliance with the labor standards. Additionally, the HCBP Specialist works with the production and support team to investigate and resolve complaints, handle grievances, and assist in implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and overall productivity. He/she will be directly reporting to the HCBP Supervisor.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect employee details and keep the database up to date.
- Organize and update employee files.
- Communicate company policies and standard HR processes to the employees and their leaders.
- Process employee movements such as regularizations, promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, etc.
- Collaborate with the employees in communicating the issues, concerns, and relations matters to the Management.
- Facilitate a Focus Group Discussion (FGD).
- Provide counseling and guidance in resolving employee issues.
- Conduct an investigation and enforce the policies following due process.
- Assist in company compliance with the Labor Standards.
- Provide support to company initiatives related to employee retention and engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS. Psychology, Human Resource Management, and other related courses.
- Proven HR Employee Relations experience in a BPO setup.
- Knowledgeable in basic Labor Standards.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
