Job Summary: The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the recruitment team to meet the staffing requirements of the organization. This role ensures the recruitment process is effective, timely and compliant with applicable laws and company policies. The supervisor will oversee candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring activities while providing guidance and support to the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and mentor the recruiters to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and effectively.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Candidate Sourcing: oversee the sourcing and selection of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Interview Process (for crucial roles): Manage interview schedules, candidate assessments, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on Recruitment Requisition; such as time-to-hire, headcount requested by the hiring manager, daily updates of how many heads already profiled to specific positions, and candidate quality.
Onboarding Coordination: Oversee the coordination of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. This includes log-in credentials request, equipment, venue/place of NEO, NEO incharge.
Training & Development: Provide training to the recruitment team on best practices, tools, and techniques to improve the hiring process.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other departments to ensure alignment on hiring needs and timelines.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s Degree.
3 years of experience in full cycle of Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferably in BPO industry).
Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, HR laws, and best practices especially in sourcing and profiling quality candidates.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS, and google suites
