Position Overview:
The identified candidate will manage capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management. Handle other WFM-related tasks to ensure operational efficiency. He/she will also be responsible in identifying and drive process improvements.

Position Overview:
The identified candidate will manage capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management. Handle other WFM-related tasks to ensure operational efficiency. He/she will also be responsible in identifying and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication between Operations and other support teams, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities
- Collect, analyze, and report on historical performance statistics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the development and management of both short-term and long-term workforce forecasts, ensuring accuracy and reliability in resource planning.
- Organize and guide planning sessions to align with business objectives.
- Oversee the scheduling procedures, monitor real-time workload demands, and ensure alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) to meet operational requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective capacity and utilization planning
- Drive the standardization of workforce management processes and ensure adherence to WFM-related standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide administrative assistance for the Operational Support team, ensuring smooth operations and the accurate execution of WFM processes
- Preferably Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in workforce management or operations coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of WFM tools, systems, and best practices.
- Must have at least minimum of 5 years over all Workforce experience
- This is currently a work-from-home position, but it may change based on business needs. Candidates must be open to working on-site in Mandaluyong or Ortigas, Metro Manila if required.
