Location: Remote / Hybrid (Optional) – Philippines

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation & Sales Prospecting Specialist who can leverage Apollo.io to identify, build, and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales prospecting, data enrichment, email outreach, and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Apollo.io to research and identify high-potential prospects based on our target criteria.
  • Extract, clean, and enrich contact lists to ensure high deliverability and accuracy.
  • Develop and execute email outreach campaigns using Apollo.io’s automation tools.
  • Manage and track prospects through Apollo.io’s CRM integration.
  • A/B test subject lines, email sequences, and outreach strategies for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, responses, and engagement for reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email outreach regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience using Apollo.io (or similar sales automation tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and prospecting strategies.
  • Proficiency in cold email outreach, list segmentation, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset to track performance and optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT staffing, consulting, or enterprise sales.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven prospecting & sales engagement best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator & automation tools.
