  • Participates in a comprehensive training program covering the core areas of Service Sales, Quality and Safety Assurance, and the Testing and Servicing of elevators and escalators.
  • Engages in real-world projects under the guidance of experienced engineers, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
  • Rotates through different sections to gain a holistic understanding of the company’s operations and service offerings.
  • At the end of the training period, the trainee’s skills and potential will be evaluated, and they will be assigned to a department that aligns with their strengths and career aspirations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed by the PRC

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
