Purpose of the Job

  • Maintain a smooth flow of payroll.
  • Ensures that all queries and pre-payroll process are done on time.
  • Ensures that payroll is done accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Description

  • Attends to the Payroll Mailbox. Clearly designates each as per according to country. Actions and clears out mailbox daily.
  • Responsible for compiling and consolidating all the payroll files/ reports sent by the different contact person per country i.e. attendance, salary changes, terminations, new hires etc.
  • Responsible for processing payroll of assigned country. Main contact person for the outsourced partner of the given country if there’s any.
  • Processes automated, semi-automated and manual adjustments daily
  • Maintenance of employee files.
  • Preparation of monthly reports i.e., headcount, leave accruals, OT reports.
  • Responsible for the Payroll journal entry of the assigned country.
  • Work closely with HR and FC of the assigned country.
  • Communicate in all instances in an effective, clear, concise and professional manner with
  • Customer service being paramount.
  • Answer to payroll queries.
  • Provide reports as necessary.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as requested by Line Management.
  • Consistently reviews process for improvement
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of applicable company compensation plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills is a must
  • Extremely customer focused and detail oriented
  • Ability to work to deadlines and work as part of a team
  • Previous experience working in a BPO/Shared Service company
  • Able to prioritize own workload
  • Able to use own initiative and is self-motivated
  • Excellent problem solving skills
