Summary of Position
The Meta and Google Ads Media Buyer is responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms. The role focuses on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) by implementing effective strategies, optimizing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
Primary Tasks
Develop, implement, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences and relevant keywords.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROAS and improved performance metrics.
Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and visuals to attract target audiences.
Analyze data and prepare reports detailing campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet marketing objectives.
Potential Additional Tasks
Collaborate with the creative team to enhance ad visuals and copy.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve overall marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications/Experiences (Must Have)
Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent knowledge of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and attribution.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications/Experiences (Nice to Have)
Experience in managing large-scale advertising budgets.
Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint.
Familiarity with other advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Creative skills for developing ad content.
