- gathering needs for IT equipment and software;
- preparation for operation and issuance of new equipment to users;
- accounting of equipment in a specialized system;
- control of technical support of computer and office equipment of users;
- connection, configuration of workstations based on Windows and Apple OS.
- higher technical education;
- English - Intermediate or above;
- 2 years of experience as a technical support engineer;
- deep understanding of ITIL principles and practices and their application in IT service management;
- high level of communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people;
- strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems in a short time;
- high level of knowledge and experience with Windows and Apple OS;
- knowledge of the principles of client-server applications in a Microsoft domain environment;
- experience with Service Manager System Center, Active Directory, IBM Tivoli;
- experience working with remote access tools;
- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint;
- Experience with virtualization and cloud solutions (will be an advantage).
