- Supports and oversees Segment Acquisition and Deepening initiatives by developing dashboards, conducting prescriptive data analyses, providing key insights, measuring performance, and tracking and reporting key result areas (KRAs) to cross-functional teams and management.
- Supports segment-level Profit & Loss analysis and budget management, ensuring accurate financial tracking and strategic allocation of resources.
- Works closely with internal Segment stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Retail Bank customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Interprets business requirements by asking insightful questions and crafting clear, well-defined user stories.
- Works closely with Data, Product, and other Business teams to ensure seamless alignment between business requirements and data-driven solutions.
- Acts as a liaison and effectively communicate plans, progress, and results to the Consumer Bank Insighting Head.
- Monitors and ensures prioritization of projects to meet business needs and timelines.
- Acts as a liaison for matters related to Audit and Compliance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, Accountancy, Marketing or related courses.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, business strategy, marketing, operations, accounting and finance, or data visualization and programming.
- Experience with relational databases to summarize huge data, create management reports, and provide business insights.
- Strong computational skills and experience with Microsoft Office tools, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrate an understanding of underlying business context to transform raw data into useful information and uncover hidden opportunities.
