- General Accounting focusing on Upstream Business:
- Inventory and Materials & Supplies Accounting
- Accounts Receivable processes
- Accruals and Reporting
- Month-End-Close (MEC) – calculation and posting of various accruals, allocations, and adjustments related to inventory, receivables, etc.
- Month and Quarterly Account Reconciliations
- Foreign Exchange (FX) rate management in JDE
- Support emerging technologies as opportunities arise (RPA, Data Analytics, etc.); apply to all existing processes as applicable.
- Continuous improvement on all processes above
- Coordination role within the team for IUAS-wide projects, initiatives, or periodic routine tasks
- Ensure adherence to all safety and compliance requirements.
- Set performance agreements and monitor results through Performance Management Process
- Take part in professional development activities by attending trainings and reading relevant materials.
- Maintain updated process documentation.
- Ensure all accounting records and supporting documents relating to the processes are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company’s retention policy.
- Attend relevant meetings.
