This role requires managing the Chairman's calendar, handling communications with both local and international clients, and engaging with Chinese-speaking clients and prospective clients. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time allocation
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and Chinese-speaking clients and prospective clients, handling all communication and inquiries in both Chinese and Filipino.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Chairman, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged, especially with Chinese-speaking clients.
  • Provide general administrative support, including email management, document filing, and organizing meetings and events.
  • Serve as a translator and interpreter, providing assistance in both Filipino and Chinese (spoken and written) during meetings, calls, and other business interactions.

Qualifications

  • Have full working rights in Philippines with fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), both spoken and written.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
  • Experience in managing both local and international business relationships.
  • Experience working with Chinese-speaking clients or within Chinese-speaking markets.
