SOCIAL MEDIA KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Content Management: Plan, develop, curate, and oversee content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to create brand buzz, boost brand visibility and foster positive customer engagement.

- Community Management: Manage CHAGEE's social media communities to strengthen customer relationships and experience.

- Content Planning: Conceptualise, plan and implement compelling copy and visuals for digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website content that aligns with CHAGEE's brand voice and values.

- Digital Marketing: Create and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions etc. to achieve high open and click-through rates.

- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing and paid ads performance metrics across various targeted digital channels. Utilize data insights to enhance strategies and boost campaign effectiveness.

- Content Research: Keep abreast with the latest news, digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and effective.

PR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Public Relations: Manage public relations activities, including media relations, KOL briefs, press releases, and events, to enhance the brand’s visibility and reputation.

• Influencer Management and Collaborations: Develop and manage partnerships and collaborations with influencers, media, and other brands to amplify marketing efforts.

• Branding Communications: Develop and manage branding communications to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media

• Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and activations to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

• Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

• Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on PR and Event activities, performance, and strategic recommendations to the Country Brand & Marketing Head.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, public relations, influencer management, and brand collaborations, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, performance marketing, and email marketing tools.

- Proven experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.

- Strong media networks and an in-depth understanding of how PH media outlets work is a must

- Experience with writing influencer briefs, PR write-ups, press releases, blog posts, and brand

- Proficient in analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance and effectiveness.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

- Proficient in English to ensure seamless communication with the HQ.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
