  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects to ensure they align with our target market.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings for our sales team with qualified leads.
  • Database Management: Keep records of calls, emails, and conversations up to date.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or proven track record in phone-based lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • A proactive and resilient attitude that thrives in a dynamic environment.
