Finance Manager (URGENT)
We are looking for Finance Manager
Salary: up to 120,000
Location: Alabang
Work Setup: On-site, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and coordination of year-end financial audits and corporate financial control reviews; collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely year-end reporting and closing.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to maintain accurate records.
- Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts, adhering to the monthly closing schedule.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Develop and oversee annual and multi-year budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements, and prepare periodic budget forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and regulations for all relevant entities.
- Handle vendor payments, check requests, and employee reimbursements efficiently.
- Respond to inquiries related to budgets, deposits, disbursements, and grant deposit requests.
- Generate financial and accounting reports for presentation to management or the board.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; must hold a CPA license.
Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for managerial roles.
Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP accounting software.
Industry Advantage: Experience in mall or property management is an added advantage.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering presentations effectively.
