Position Title: Community Happiness and Retention Assistant

Full Time

Number of hours of work per week: 40

Time zone and schedule for the Contractor: 9:00-5:00 CT

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Call the following customers - goal is to save at least 50 customers a month:
  • Call customers who are one-time purchasers and try convincing them to move to a subscription
  • Call customers that have recently churned and try to get them to resubscribe
  • Call customers who have a high risk of churning to get them to stay
  • Call customers after their first order and close to their second recurring order to ask for feedback
  • Take meticulous notes after the calls in our CRM
  • Assist with social media and community engagement daily (commenting, liking, responding to DMs, actively managing FB community)
  • Repost and engage with anyone who posts about the company (Instagram, TikTok and FB)

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent English for speaking on the phone to customers
  • Excellent written communication and able to present our brand in a welcoming way
  • Extremely self motivated and proactive in all areas of work
  • Extremely detail oriented, and meticulous communication skill
  • Experience working on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and email
