Job Summary: Oversees the provisioning, timely production, and proper placement of all local merchandising and selling materials at registered Cignal touchpoints within assigned areas. This includes monitoring the implementation of Cignal-supported activities, tracking and reporting the usage of regional merchandising and tactical sales funds, and evaluating the performance of sales activities, and ensuring that all Cignal Support Stores maintain the standard look and feel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides below-the-line localized merchandising and advertising support for the various sales teams in coordination with the Creatives team
- Manages and monitors deployment of merchandising materials in their assigned areas
- Performs Trade Checks with the following channels: TP hubs, top-performing dealers, retail touchpoints, and Cignal-supported blitzes
- Manages the timely production and deployment of all fully-approved Trade Promo Support Fund (TPSF) merchandising request from Sales
- Negotiates mall rentals for new and upcoming CSS inside the mall
- Monitors monthly CSS rentals and discounts
Hiring Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Creative Design, Sales Acquisition Programs, and Product Management.
- Sales background in FMCG or a related field.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel for work
- Amenable to work onsite in Mandaluyong
