RCM Tasks:

  • Submission app - assign tasks
  • Create Service Contract ID (SCID)
  • New Creations and updates
  • Automate created SCID's
  • Amendment and CCG group maintenance
  • Maintain Freight Rates and Charge Rules
  • Quality checks (incl FCL cost) Other Tasks:
  • Manage relationship with stakeholders through regular engagement and handling of day-to-day transactions.
  • Other task that the stakeholder will migrate in relation to Ocean Activities.
  • Contributes improvement ideas
  • Participate actively on all required team meetings
  • performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers
  • compliance with the work procedures & data privacy
  • daily huddle board updates
  • daily update of productivity files
  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, any field.
  • 0-2 years working experience.
  • Ocean freight/ Ocean Business Knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint Presentation
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An affinity for numbers crunching and good analytical skill
  • Good command of english
  • Possess good organizing skill, able to multitask and work around tight deadlines.
