  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Role

As a HubSpot Configuration Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' HubSpot platforms are optimized for their specific needs. This includes custom setups, troubleshooting integrations, and ensuring smooth workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You'll work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to implement best practices and support ongoing success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Configuring and customizing HubSpot portals, including workflows, pipelines, properties, and reporting
  • Conducting audits of existing setups and recommending improvements.
  • Creating and optimizing templates, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Documenting configurations, processes, and project updates for internal and client reference. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with HubSpot or integrations.
  • Coordinating and managing client deliverables, tickets, and requests in our project management system
  • Participating in stakeholder meetings and providing clients and internal teams with meeting notes, action items, and periodic updates

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have in-depth knowledge of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Be an excellent communicator and capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Have a proactive mindset and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Stay updated on HubSpot features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with HubSpot CMS or custom modules.
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration tools like Zapier or Make
  • Familiarity with property management or real estate industry needs.
