Job Description
The Operations Analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements
Qualifications:
Audit our customers who we have sold GL policies to in the past. The work required is to reach out to:
- Reach out to those customers via email. A list can be provided
- Track and log expenses. It may be as simple as keeping the answers in a spreadsheet
- Report on the progress
- Send follow-up reminders
- Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
- Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
- Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
- Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
Required Skills/Experience
- Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Detail and quality minded
- Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team
- Superior knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly
Additional Information
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Data Analytics or equivalent
- Project Management experience preferred
