Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support (EU/US TimeZone) at Pipl.ai. This person will be responsible for providing technical support to users, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing customer issues, and communicating effectively with the development team.
- What You’ll Do:Answer user questions about our SaaS.
- Quickly spot if an issue is a bug.
- Write help articles and FAQs.
- Set up CS processes
What You Need:
Technical background (can diagnose issues, not just follow scripts).
Strong spoken & written English.
Experience in SaaS support is a must
Experience in Community Building would be a plus
