About the opportunity…

Reporting to the Regional Implementation Manager, the Implementation Consultant – Payroll / RTA will be required to make contributions to the talent management system development and deployment effort for ELMO, and to engage in activities to develop their professional skills and capability within the HR & Payroll industry. The Implementation Consultant – Payroll / RTA will be looking after 12+ projects at any one time.

The core role of the Implementation Consultant – Payroll / RTA includes but not limited to:

  • Gaining an in-depth knowledge of all ELMO systems with a primary focus on Payroll and Rostering, Time & Attendance.
  • Configuration of ELMO solutions in accordance with client specifications, and in line with ELMO timelines, standards and procedures.
  • Manage client projects, including the development, configuration, client liaising and stakeholder management, in a way that meets client deadlines.
  • Engage in research activity associated with the design and development of online learning solutions, including the identification of potential enhancements to functionality and capability.
  • Ensuring the quality production and output of ELMO HR, Payroll and RTA solutions in adherence to all published ELMO Learning quality control standards and procedures.
  • Maintaining all records associated with the design, development, and implementation of the ELMO solutions.
  • Establish and maintain long term relationships with client’s contacts.
  • Documenting, and maintaining the currency of the documentation of the capabilities of the ELMO solution, both for internal and external use.
  • Systems-related troubleshooting for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Logging and maintaining records of all system-relating troubleshooting (technical queries, user errors).
  • Escalating technical issues where appropriate (system bugs, application enhancements), and assisting in their prompt resolution.
  • Participating in and delivering outcomes for other projects as may from time to time be assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with ELMO’s information security privacy policies and procedures.

What we would like you to bring to the team...

  • Strong background within a similar role (e.g. consulting experience within a talent management environment).
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts.
  • Strong understanding of Payroll, Rostering, Time & Attendance.
  • Preferably with background or knowledgeable in AU/NZ payroll platforms.
  • Exceptional multi-tasker who is comfortable working across multiple projects at once.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Undergraduate qualification is preferred.
