Job Description

The position is primarily responsible for generating sales through direct and indirect selling activities, process payments, provide reports and enforce guidelines. The position is also responsible for authorized to access partner system

  • Actively engage in direct selling activities to potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with external partners, affiliates, and third-party vendors to drive indirect sales
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
  • Attends meetings with distribution channels/partners
  • Visits pawnshop branches, affiliate companies and external clients to monitor insurance sales
  • Supports in conducting product orientation and sales training to branch personnel, agents, and other distribution channels
  • Responds to clients’ requests, queries, and complaints in a timely manner. Escalates complex issues, as necessary
  • Generate detailed sales, financial, and operational reports for management review.
  • Provide insights and analysis based on data to improve sales performance and operational efficiency
  • Maintain and update data within the Inventory Management System (IMS) to ensure accuracy and consistency

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4 year course
  • At least one (2) year work-related experience in Insurance Sales (Life / Non-Life / Health-HMO) and Marketing
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, financial systems, and sales reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Willing to work in Times Plaza
