Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the bidding department
  • Check and monitor bidding documents for each project
  • Coordinate with different departments, consultant, and local government units (LGUs) related to bidding
  • Attend the needs and concerns of other department heads regarding bidding.
  • Propose developments to improve and streamline the bidding process for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide reports regarding the result of joined bidding on the same day after bid opening.
  • Monitor schedule of bidding projects from Pre-bid up to collection.
  • Monitor and supervise the completeness of all bidding files that have been won.
  • Monitor bidding projects to ensure all are well-coordinated and submitted on time.
  • Willing to travel to attend bidding and work overtime in case needed.
  • Perform any other duties deemed necessary and assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Law, Education with a major in English, or a Business related course.
  • With at least one two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • With excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Must be keen to details and well-organized
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
