Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the bidding department
- Check and monitor bidding documents for each project
- Coordinate with different departments, consultant, and local government units (LGUs) related to bidding
- Attend the needs and concerns of other department heads regarding bidding.
- Propose developments to improve and streamline the bidding process for effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide reports regarding the result of joined bidding on the same day after bid opening.
- Monitor schedule of bidding projects from Pre-bid up to collection.
- Monitor and supervise the completeness of all bidding files that have been won.
- Monitor bidding projects to ensure all are well-coordinated and submitted on time.
- Willing to travel to attend bidding and work overtime in case needed.
- Perform any other duties deemed necessary and assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Law, Education with a major in English, or a Business related course.
- With at least one two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role.
- With excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Must be keen to details and well-organized
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
