For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.

6 months of relevant experience in customer support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication and typing skills.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

To navigate effectively within multiple tools, receivable systems, and internal processes (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).

To enter data, orders, and items into the Business System and generate purchase requisitions.

To handle and create new accounts in Salesforce.

To provide official quotations to customers.

To attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations, process updates, issues, and challenges.

To acknowledge customer complaints in emails, calls, and chats and provide solutions to customers.
