I am seeking a Civil Engineer with 3 years of professional experience to join Harbest's Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting Harbest's Junior and Senior Engineers in designing, planning, and overseeing agricultural construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in screening inquiries for client development and retention and efficient management of workload.
  2. Assist in developing detailed designs, plans, and specifications for agricultural and biosystems engineering projects for enhanced agricultural productivity, profitability, resource conservation, and sustainability.
  3. Assist in monitoring project sites to check progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  4. Assist in analyzing structural, soil, water, and other factors to determine material requirements and project feasibility.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and government entities to ensure seamless project execution.
  6. Prepare project technical reports, budgets, and timelines for presentation to stakeholders, clients, and government entities.
  7. Identify and resolve work challenges in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in construction, design, and project management.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD or other design and analysis software.
  4. Certification: Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license is required.
