This is a client-facing position that blends the rigor of operations management with the agility of various departmental assistance and oversight. This role is pivotal in supporting ongoing operations, efficiencies and assistance with executing projects, while also supporting key strategic initiatives and communications.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support Market leadership team when requested to prioritize time and focus on the most important goals
  • Managing and completing responsibilities that include tracking follow-up items / resolution on key Market issues, setting meeting agendas and developing content for Market Leadership and supporting other routine or ad hoc projects
  • Proactive maintenance and providing a clear view on priority issues and monitoring and managing issues to resolution
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements including client SLAs
  • Collaborate with various operational teams. Facilitate and coordinate cross-departmental activities/discussions
  • Serve as a liaison between internal subject matter experts and external partners, providing insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and communication of project and other deliverables
  • Develop external-facing content and communication (e.g. resolution plans, status updates, operations changes, next steps), as needed
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements documents, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and seek out continuous improvement opportunities to enable our business to grow and scale
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement, driving actionable insights for the business
  • Lead operational meetings, providing updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes
  • Support innovation and implement novel methods to support Market Operations goals
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies in all project and data management activities

Qualifications – Required and Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and data analysis, within the US healthcare sector is required
  • Track record of ownership and tenaciously looking for ways to get results and improve the status quo
  • Client service orientation
  • Intermediate proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools, as well as project management software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on high-quality outcomes
