Our client is looking to fill a User Management and IT Support role

Role & Responsibilities

  • User Management: Manage employee onboarding and offboarding across Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, AWS, and other SaaS tools.
  • Access & License Administration: Provision and revoke access to applications, track software licenses, and handle requests for new tools.
  • IT Support: Address internal IT requests related to Google Workspace, email configuration, and access issues.
  • Security & Compliance Support: Work with cybersecurity consultants to enforce IT policies, monitor access controls, and assist with security audits.
  • Process Optimization: Maintain documentation for IT workflows and recommend automation or process improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT administration experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Admin Console), Slack, GitHub, AWS, and identity management tools.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and IT compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
