We are looking for a number of Assessment Support Administrators to join an expanding team providing support to the Assessment and Customer Support Directorate, which produces assessment materials, delivers projects and manages exam series.

What will you do as an Assessment Support Administrator?

As an Assessment Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of assessment materials production, delivery of exam series and projects, and delivering changes in ways of working for the Assessment and Customer Support Directorate. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support, including managing communications, arranging meetings, and supporting grading and appeals.
  • Prepare documentation and take minutes of meetings, including producing agendas and following up on key actions.
  • Monitor deliverables against schedules, ensuring timely publication of assessment materials.
  • Support the production of error-free documentation and data, including formatting and proofreading.
  • Manage the commissioning of consultants, including raising purchase orders and ensuring payment of invoices.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • High standard of written and spoken English.
  • Experience in a busy administrative environment, with strong IT and organisational skills.
