  • Manage and organize customer data across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve our customer service processes and overall user experience
  • Collaborate with management to refine support strategies and implement best practices
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for both customers and service providers
  • Stay updated on company services, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information

Requirements

  • Previous customer support experience, ideally in a tech-driven or service-oriented environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
