- Product and Material Compliance Functions: (1) Interface with internal and external customers to respond to various environmental compliance inquiries including providing declarations, composition data, test data, conflict minerals information, IPC declaration, and IMDS / CAMDS submissions. (2) Monitor the latest updates on various global environmental regulations and industry’s material data systems. (3) Enter environmental compliance information and data into customer portals. (4) Develop or assist in preparing new or revised declaration forms to ensure compliance with statute or regulation, or as directed by management. (5) Monitor and generate reports to ensure due diligence of the compliance system. Act where necessary to address issues. (6) Collaborate with the compliance management team with document review and updates plus other compliance policies and procedures as required
- Product and Material Compliance Training: (1) Review and develop product compliance training manuals/ materials (2) Conduct product compliance training program for analysts
- Manage and maintain test reports in ETQ-Quality SOC Records
- Create, revise and review material profiles ETQ-Supplier, Materials, Chemicals module.
- Initiate communication and sending process of product samples that require external laboratory testing services.
- Communicate with material suppliers and subcontractors regarding various environmental compliance inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent with 2 years of related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Familiarity with electronics in general and particularly with semiconductors
- Exhibits a working knowledge of customer requirements and ensures that work is directed toward resolving customer issues.
- Exhibits solid time management and organization skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with various global environmental regulations such as RoHS, REACH, Packaging Directive, WEEE, PFAS, CalProp 65 and/or Ethical Minerals reporting templates (CMRT, EMRT and AMRT) is a plus
- Familiarity with IMDS and CAMDS systems a plus
