The position is responsible for developing partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- Assists in building partnerships across the HR functions to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
- Assesses and anticipates HR related concerns of the business units.
- Recommends HR interventions that supports business objectives
- Works closely with business units to increase retention, build morale and boost productivity
- Partners with HR Center of Experts to deliver high-quality, consumable HR services that will enable the attainment of strategic business goals and initiatives.
- Assists in determining, integrating and delivering effective HR services such as talent management and development, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, strategic consultation and coaching, and employee engagement strategies.
- Assists in the development of succession planning
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of HR Function, including talent management, employee relations, performance management and compensation & benefits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
