  • Assists in determining, integrating and delivering effective HR services such as talent management and development, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, strategic consultation and coaching, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Assists in the development of succession planning

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of HR Function, including talent management, employee relations, performance management and compensation & benefits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Full-Time position(s) available
