Key Responsibilities
Technical Excellence & Development Standards
- Ensure scalable and reusable code to support growth.
- Maintain high-quality standards for all projects and code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently with long-term solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and drive innovation.
- Advocate for automated testing and ensure comprehensive unit testing.
- Foster a proactive and self-driven work culture without micromanagement.
- Adapt to and embrace change in a fast-moving environment.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure peer-review processes are followed.
- Estimate project efforts and define technical solutions through workshops.
- Drive the vision for product development and team processes.
- Address support tickets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Lead individual epics and oversee work breakdown into stories.
- Take ownership of performance, deliverables, and continuous improvement.
- Handle conflict resolution and team dynamics in collaboration with the CTO.
- Deploy new projects and features to production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Strong expertise in TypeScript (Node.js) and/or C# (.NET).
- Passion for learning and innovation in new technologies.
- Experience with AWS Serverless technologies.
- Proven track record in shipping projects and building scalable APIs.
- Strong software architecture and system design skills.
Desirable
- Experience with SST Framework.
- Background in early-stage startups and fast-paced environments.
