Our Client Company is a global leader in Electronics (Originating from Germany) and will be putting a hub in PHL by 2026.
**Salary is still negotiable at Php120k Base pay (ONSITE Position in Alabang)
**Successful Candidates should be willing to go for 3 months of Training in Singapore Head Office.
What to Expect on the Role
- Shall develop and implement operational strategies to align with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and align operations accordingly.
- Provide and identify new ways to increase client satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.
- Monitor and manage operational costs to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
- Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to overcome them.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the operations team.
- Develop and manage the operations budget.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.
- Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment, training, and development of operations staff.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure the operations team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Foster a culture of safety within the operations team.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated with the latest operational trends and best practices.
- Any Ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned as and when required.
CRITERIA
- Possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management and minimal of 8 years of experience in operations leadership.
- Must have a strong understanding of operational procedures and policies, especially in the electronics industry.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Have excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead the operations team to foster a positive work environment.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies to align operations accordingly.
- Exceptional time management skills to manage operational deadlines effectively.
- Must be able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
