The role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Director, APAC, you will join a dynamic team, contributing to Philippine business operations across diverse renewable energy projects.
You will coordinate internal team schedules and tasks, gathering insights, approvals, and contributions from stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage operational finance for CISC Philippines, overseeing payables, receivables, and treasury.

We are looking for you who have completed your bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or a related field. You should have 2-5 years of experience in operational finance, audit, and controlling in a dynamic, fast-paced multinational environment. Other relevant educational qualifications with the right work experience will also be considered.

The role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and Finance Director, APAC, you will join a dynamic team, contributing to Philippine business operations across diverse renewable energy projects.
You will coordinate internal team schedules and tasks, gathering insights, approvals, and contributions from stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage operational finance for CISC Philippines, overseeing payables, receivables, and treasury.
Responsibilities will consists of:
- Liaising for projects, working closely with internal stakeholders (Project Director, Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Government Relations, Commercial, Development, and Technical teams) and external parties (network companies, vendors, and other stakeholders).
- Managing and liaising with outsourced service providers on various finance workstreams (e.g., accounting, accounts payable, management and financial reporting), including providing inputs and instructions for preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Ensuring accounting documents and records are kept up to date as part of the review process.
- Preparing cash needs forecasts and actively managing cashflow as part of cash and treasury management. Preparing and reviewing payments as required, in accordance with delegation of authority.
- Managing banking-related tasks such as opening new bank accounts, KYC reviews, and bank instructions as needed.
- Handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
