We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Head of UI/UX to lead our digital team in creating exceptional user experiences across all digital products. Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute the overall UI/UX strategy for all digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, marketing) to translate business needs into user-friendly designs.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of UI/UX designers, ensuring the team delivers high-quality designs consistently.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement within the design team.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to nurture talent and elevate team performance.
User-Centered Design:
- Champion a user-centered design approach, integrating user research, testing, and data-driven insights into the design process.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience across all digital platforms.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity principles are embedded into all design solutions.
Design Systems & Standards:
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across digital platforms (mobile, web, and other channels).
- Establish and enforce design guidelines, standards, and best practices that align with brand identity and deliver a cohesive experience.
- Ensure seamless interaction and visual design, with a focus on usability, responsiveness, and performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to prioritize design efforts and ensure alignment with product development.
- Present design concepts and rationale to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine the final output.
- Work with external agencies and vendors when necessary to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Innovation & Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Drive innovation by exploring new tools, techniques, and approaches to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences.

Key Qualifications:
Experience:
- At least 20 years of total work experience
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences across mobile and web platforms.
Skills:
- Expertise in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Experience with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Leadership:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire design teams, fostering creativity and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Mindset:
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for using data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
