About The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading projects from inception to execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Amazon listings, PPC campaigns, and overall marketplace performance. This role requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to drive measurable results in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Project Management – Oversee Amazon-related projects, ensuring timely execution and coordination between teams.
- Client Interaction – Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing strategic recommendations.
- Task Delegation – Assign and track tasks across multiple departments, including PPC, listing optimization, and SEO.
- Amazon PPC & Optimization – Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Listing & SEO Management – Oversee listing copy improvements, keyword research, and SEO enhancements for better ranking and conversions.
- General Administration – Handle administrative duties related to project tracking, reporting, and coordination.
- Social Media & Content Planning – Assist in creating a monthly content plan and oversee basic social media management.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work alongside content creators, and other specialists to ensure high-quality execution.
Must-Have
- Proven experience as an Amazon Project Manager or similar role in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong PPC knowledge, with experience in Amazon Ads and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and copywriting best practices.
- Strong creative mindset with a keen eye for design.
- Attention to detail, particularly in Amazon listing design and optimization.
- Ability to provide feedback and direction on visual elements without needing advanced graphic design skills.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience using Helium10
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar) is a plus.
- Experience with social media management and content planning is preferred.
- Experience with ClickUp
