Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager/Human Resources Business Partner at Inteluck in Makati. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR functions, with strong business logic analysis capabilities and rich HR experience to ensure the effective integration of HR strategy with business goals and various operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Have a deep understanding of the company's operations and ensure a thorough grasp of business logic. Work closely with the business department to diagnose HR issues, propose targeted HR solutions, and carry out relevant HR activities to support business development.
  • Responsible for the promotion, implementation and supervision of company policies, processes and requirements. Promote the implementation of HR plans within the business department.
  • Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment work to meet the company's recruitment needs and talent reserves.
  • Performance: Participate in the formulation and improvement of performance appraisal plans, conduct performance evaluations, analyze results, and propose effective performance improvement plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Participate in the formulation of salary standards, incentive plans and welfare standards, and review the results.
  • Corporate Culture and Employee Relations: Deliver corporate culture, assist business departments in cultivating positive employee relations, and handle labor disputes and grievances.
  • Team Management: Manage the HR team.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of HR management experience, good at recruitment function is a plus, HRBP experience is a plus, logistics industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong business logic analysis ability, able to understand business needs.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively interact with employees at all levels and collaborate with business departments.
  • High IQ and EQ, flexible in handling things, strong understanding ability.
  • Highly sensitive to personnel issues, professional ethics, strong sense of confidentiality, and proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
