About the Role
As a Case Manager, you’ll be the bridge between legal experts and lawyers, ensuring smooth case progression and high-quality expert reports. You’ll manage deadlines, foster strong client relationships, and keep everything running seamlessly. We’re looking for a highly organised, client-focused professional with a background in law and experience in managing key relationships.
This is a full-time role that requires your full focus and commitment—any external work or side engagements that could impact performance are not permitted. Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between experts and lawyers, ensuring smooth communication and case management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce deadlines to keep cases on track.
- Work closely with the Research team to identify and secure the most suitable expert for each case.
- Partner with the Quality Assurance team to ensure expert reports meet admissibility standards.
- Address and resolve any challenges that arise during the report-writing process.
Skills and attributes required:
- A bachelor’s degree in law or legal management.
- Prior experience in law firms or legal operations (ideally as a lawyer or a senior paralegal)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and objection-handling skills.
- A proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to support a dynamic team.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a solid understanding of office operations.
- Confidence in engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds via phone and email.
