Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
- Prepare and update pricelists, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate and analyze profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, data entry, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in creating pricelists, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
