A2P SMS Account Manager

As we scale, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in client success and company growth.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for an A2P SMS Account Manager to manage new and potential client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for onboarding, nurturing accounts, and working closely with management to build and expand the account management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with new and potential clients in the A2P SMS industry.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell services.
- Collaborate with the business development team on new client onboarding.
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and support.
- Help build, mentor, and grow the account management team as the business scales.
- Coordinate internally with technical, billing, and operations teams to resolve client issues.
- Monitor and analyze client traffic and propose optimizations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in A2P SMS account management or telecom sales.
- Strong understanding of the global SMS market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Leadership potential with a desire to build and manage a growing team.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
