As a Salesforce consulting professional at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Tester, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans based on project scope and timeline.
• Write test cases for user stories and develop automated test scripts for SIT and UAT purposes.
• Drive test phases according to test plan to ensure successful SIT and UAT
• Perform in-depth end-to-end functional testing to evaluate functional stability and ensure business requirements are being met and are “fit-for-purpose.”
• Work closely with salesforce developers and salesforce functional to resolve issues identified in testing.
• Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing and coordination of release activities.
• Participate in user story creation process through dissection of high-level requirements during team review sessions.

About you

• You are a degree holder (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines)
• Required skills: salesforce manual testing, salesforce certification, salesforce platform experience (e.g. experience, education, marketing, sales, service cloud)
• At least 3 to 5 years of salesforce testing experience with exposure in any of the Salesforce platform products such as sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, financial or health cloud.
• Must have one or more Salesforce certification/s.
• Ability to produce deliverables within a diverse and fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and listening skills in English.
• Ability to foster a positive working environment by building relationships with team members and clients.
• You like diving into a product to understand how it works and consistently share your knowledge with others.
• Can work with different nationalities and comfortable doing client facing.
• Open to work onsite or hybrid work setup, office is based in Makati City.
