As a Lean Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production and administrative processes in the Lipa site. Reporting to Lean Manager you will support Lean transformation efforts by utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools and structured Kaizen initiatives to enhance product quality, workplace safety, on-time delivery, and cost reduction. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in Lean methodologies while contributing to operational excellence.

About The Job

  • Use Statistical Skills to identify and improve key operational areas.
  • Support the execution of Six Sigma projects by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Implement structured Kaizen initiatives to enhance product quality, workplace safety, and cost reduction.
  • Monitor and review project progress, making sure that it meets company objectives and quality standards.
  • Support projects focused on Lean improvements, creating opportunities for teams to contribute ideas, collaborate, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in and support a Lean specialty sub-committee, developing Subject Matter Expertise in a focused area.
  • Engage in continuous self-improvement through Lean Foundation training, benchmarking, research, and networking, while keeping up with Lean Six Sigma trends and best practices.
  • Analyze production capacity, optimize resources, and streamline workflow by addressing line balancing and bottlenecks.
  • Monitor efficiency metrics and conduct time studies to improve labor productivity.



About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies (DMAIC, DFSS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication skills and willingness to mentor and support Lean initiatives.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop expertise, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
  • Project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and resource management.
  • Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
  • Green belt certification is a plus
