- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other business applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
