What You Will Do
As a Marketing Associate, you will help implement and monitor marketing strategies to support Nasdaq’s Index Licensing business in collaboration with sales and product teams. Responsibilities are within the Marketing Function as a generalist or in a combination of fields.
- Works with external agencies and vendors as well as internal teams to implement marketing programs.
- Handles the content approval workflows, routing items to legal, compliance, subject matter experts, etc.
- Maintains master content lists, uploads content to our content library, initiates content updates as needed.
- Monitors content usage metrics in collaboration with Sr Content Specialist, Growth Marketing, and digital teams. Recommends adjustments or content enhancements as necessary.
- Developing presentations
- Writing, proofreading, and editing collateral including fact sheets, editorial articles, product guides, infographics, speaker remarks, etc.
- Video scripting/storyboarding
- Customer communications
- Social media copy
- Email copy
- 3rd party sponsorships
- Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or other relevant experience.
- Experience Required: 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- Financial services experience is a nice to have.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, Office, and analytics tools such as Monday.com, Salesforce, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and key metrics.
- Ability to work in a mid or night shift schedule based on business needs
