Key Responsibilities:
- Email and Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's email correspondence, prioritize messages, and maintain an organized calendar to optimize time management across multiple customers.
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for virtual meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Project Management Support: Assist in the maintenance and hygiene of project management tools, ensuring tasks are up-to-date, progressing through the work flow and check in with collaborators.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Tactical Oversight: Monitor various platforms to ensure responses monitored and things dont fall through the cracks.
- Strategic Support: Provide analytical support on various projects and initiatives, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with Zoho, project management platforms and/or marketing platforms.
- Interest in career progression towards a Chief of Staff role.
