Job Description

  • Performance Management
  • Identify key metrics that drive AM performance and assess their impact on overall business objectives
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of historical revenue data, adoption metrics, and other relevant performance indicators to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations
  • Formulate valid and data-backed assumptions to establish realistic and achievable targets for AMs
  • Continuously monitor AM performance against established targets and benchmarks
  • Project Management
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution
  • Conduct regular project reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement appropriate project control measures to ensure project quality and customer satisfaction
  • Data Governance
  • Collect and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in managing backend data systems for stakeholder accessibility to clean and accurate data
  • Create and maintain dashboards to visualize AM performance metrics and drive strategic decisions
  • Continually refine data collection and analysis processes for greater efficiency and impact.

  • Establish regular communication channels to keep stakeholders informed
  • Proactively address and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements

Educational Background & Certifications Requirement

  • College Graduate

Experience Requirement

  • Has at least three years of work experience, preferably in Sales Operations or Sales role

Knowledge And Skills

  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, sensitivity to data, and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and SQL (preferred)
  • Learns fast and can manage projects end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Amenable to work onsite in Podium
