2. Implementation and Monitoring:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions that enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics to measure the impact of process improvements.
  • Help develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, workflows, and process maps.


3. Training and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Assist in facilitating training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • 4. Administrative and Support Functions:
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to operational excellence initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and techniques related to operational excellence.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operational support roles preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and process mapping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
