Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong after-sales management, including inquiries, disputes, and settlement variances.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement campaigns that boost offline merchant performance.
  • Oversee system integrations and the successful rollout of projects for the Payment-to-Merchant (P2M) business.
  • Keep track of the industry trends and campaigns related to QR PH
  • Provides market insights from merchant’s perspective including understanding products, sellers, market, and competitor dynamics
  • Coordinate with internal partners (e.g. Legal, On-boarding, Marketing, Finance etc.) to execute merchant programs
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in Business Administration, Management or relevant fields is a plus.
  • At least three (3) years of work experience in sales, acquisition, business development, and/or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the digital payments landscape. Experience in a start-up, fintech, payments is a plus.
  • With above average interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers.
  • Agile, able to work swiftly, pivot quickly with changes in direction.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google suites.
