Job Description
- Build and maintain strong after-sales management, including inquiries, disputes, and settlement variances.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement campaigns that boost offline merchant performance.
- Oversee system integrations and the successful rollout of projects for the Payment-to-Merchant (P2M) business.
- Keep track of the industry trends and campaigns related to QR PH
- Provides market insights from merchant’s perspective including understanding products, sellers, market, and competitor dynamics
- Coordinate with internal partners (e.g. Legal, On-boarding, Marketing, Finance etc.) to execute merchant programs
- Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed
- Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in Business Administration, Management or relevant fields is a plus.
- At least three (3) years of work experience in sales, acquisition, business development, and/or account management.
- Strong understanding of the digital payments landscape. Experience in a start-up, fintech, payments is a plus.
- With above average interpersonal and networking skills.
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers.
- Agile, able to work swiftly, pivot quickly with changes in direction.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google suites.
